Kebijakan Hukum Pidana Dalam Menanggulangi Tindak Pidana Pencemaran Nama Baik Melalui Media Sosial Di Kota Samarinda
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk ; 1) Untuk mengetahui secara mendalam mengenai tindak pidana pencemaran nama baik melalui media sosial di kota samarinda yang ditinjau dari kebebasan berekspresi. 2) Menganalisa dan memahami mengenai kebijakan hokum pidana yang dilakukan dalam rangka pencegahan dan penegakan hokum terhadap tindak pidana pencemaran nama baik melalui media sosial di kota samarinda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan 1) Kebebasan berekspresi/berpendapat di muka umum sebagaimana yang diatur dalam Pasal 28E ayat (3) pada Undang – Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 dan kebebasan berekspresi/berpendapat dengan menggunakan teknologi diatur dalam Pasal 27 ayat (3) dalam Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 Tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 Tentang Informasi Dan Transaksi Elektronik menimbulkan dilema hokum yang berkembang di masyarakat. 2) Kebijakan hokum pidana yang dilakukan dalam rangka pencegahan dan penegakan hokum terhadap tindak pidana pencemaran nama baik melalui media sosial di kota samarinda dengan cara persuasif dan preventif. Bentuk kejahatan yang masih dianggap baru ditengahma syarakat, maka perlu adanya pemahaman terhadap pelapor dan terlapor tentang sistem peradilan pidana serta berpotensi menimbulkan kekacauan umum, maka diberlakukan pendekatan restorative justice dengan tetap memperhatikan aspek keadilan, kepastian hokum dan kemanfaatan hukum. Kebijakan hokum pidana yang diberlakukan pada kejahatan siber ini berpedoman pada Surat Edaran Kapolri Nomor 07 Tahun 2018, Tanggal 27 Juli 2018 danNomor 08 Tahun 2018, Tgl 27 Juli 2018.
THE DEVELOPMENT OF ANDROID BASED LEARNING MEDIA ON SIMULATION AND DIGITAL COMMUNICATION IN CLASS X IN SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI AIRLANGGA, SAMARINDA
The type of research used Research and Development (R & D) with a PPE development model consisting of three stages, namely Planning, Production, Evaluation. At the analysis stage, a literature study and field study, producing the media by making flowcharts and storyboards, Develop the media according to the design that had been made. The final stage is an evaluation where the media is validated by the subject teacher as a material expert and 3 media validation experts to see the feasibility of the media.
The results of the research and development of this learning media were developed with a PPE (Planning, Production, and Evaluation) development model with data collection techniques for field studies, literature studies and questionnaires that were analyzed descriptively by experts. It was stated that this Android learning media was "very feasible" to be used use with a percentage of 94.52% eligibility.

The faculty of Teacher Training and Education of Mulawarman University is the largest faculty in the university. The faculty is located in 3 (three) locations that far from each other, they are in Gunung Kelua, Pahlawan Road and Banggeris Road.
According to the passage, The faculty of Teacher Training and Education of Mulawarman University is urgent to analyze the Information System and Information Technology resource for development to support the vision and missions. This research used Framework that proposed by Ward and Peppard , SWOT analysis, McFarlan Portofolio Analysis and documented in Enterprise Architecture
